Make configuration easier

Currently, there is a lot of configuration keys required, some of which can be removed, specifically in the data uploader module (for example, a combination of data uploader and converter will be fixed for a particular sensor type. This can be static in the code.). Another option is to provide a prebuilt config block for each type of supported sensor in the wiki so it's easy to configure. Users can just copy/paste.

Another option is to make the initial setup easier for end users, esp the internet configuration. This can either be provided by using a 4G/5G data card (so no need for wifi) or something like https://github.com/davesteele/comitup which provides a wifi setup process similar to common consumer devices like amazon echo.
