请确认一下apnsService的实例创建了多少个？创建一个就够了哈
检测下你的网络情况，APNS服务器在美国，国内跟它建立连接会慢一些，时而超时也是正常情况
如果你的网络情况比较差，连接美国就是比较慢，可以考虑把超时时间设置大一些： apnsConfig.setTimeout()，现在默认值为10秒。
