I am using 21.04 Nope, something is wrong in this version, or at least I don't have enough knowledge to solve this. .. But, in a few days from now I will purge old version and install Beta and try again, I am sure it will work as it does for you. Anyway, excellent, thank you very much. It is not easy to pass from windows to Linux for me, but I will give the best. This piece of software is wanted by many users on Arm64 platform and it will be great when they hear that they can use it via Udroid. .. LossLessCut is like milestone, reason for many to install Udroid ! And you just showed that it works ! .. |

So, what I did ? I read what it says to me and tried again, but with --no-sandbox root@localhost:/usr/lib/LosslessCut-linux-arm64# ./losslesscut --no-sandbox And, voila.... .. .. .. It worked. I did not try to edit any movie, but it showed itself. .. Well, many thanks to you, without your project Udroid and your help this would not be possible. And now LossLessCut is available on Udroid ! .. Thanks to Mifi also on his efforts to port this software to Arm64 platform ! Arm64 Linux is the future and it will grow fast, so fast you won't believe and I am happy to watch that game. And be part of it. .. |

install ffmpeg .
Install LossLessCut .
..
LossLessCut is desktop software for multiple cuts / joins / merge of video without re-encoding .
This kind of software is hard to find and only simple attempts for Android exists.
Author is Mifi and until today there was no build for Arm64 Linux.
I contacted author and asked him for Arm64 Linux build.
I showed him importance of growing popularity of Arm64 Linux on phones and he made build for Arm64 Linux.
Discussion about it is here:
mifi/lossless-cut#1054 (comment)
LossLessCut depends on Arm64 ffmpeg and ffprobe.
Mifi made a Arm64 build but ffmpeg is not included.
This is answer from Mifi:
" I tried to build for arm64 linux now. You can try it out.
Note that you may get an error the first time you start up because there is no ffmpeg included.
You can go to settings and specify the path to ffmpeg and ffprobe. "
From Ubuntu terminal I was able to install ffmpeg and ffmpeg is available for Udroid.
root@localhost:~# sudo apt install ffmpeg
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
ffmpeg is already the newest version (7:4.3.2-0+deb11u1ubuntu1).
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
sudo apt install ffmpeg should automatically install ffprobe as well.
Because I am novice in Linux world, I ask all of you for help, to help test Mifi's Arm64 LossLessCut Udroid build.
LossLessCut Arm64 Udroid is available but not tested on Mifi project pages:
https://github.com/mifi/lossless-cut
LossLessCut is a gem piece of software and it will be great to see it running in Udroid !
