Could we get an option to disable OneDrive from startup apps or even a section in the AppList for things to disable from startup

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While i dont want to remove onedrive I would like to disable it from startup on some machines and likewise on some dell or lenovo machines i would like to disable some tools from startup but leave them intact on the machine. A solid example is the dell update tool could be useful to update the machines bios but had a memory leak at some point so it was impacting machines so this would solve those issues.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either a -DisableOneDriveStartup parameter that removes the registry key for this across all accounts or a more elegant solution might be to have a section in the AppList.txt or a separate list file that disables any startup program specified.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Can script this myself but could be useful to others to be integrated directly in this project.
