Deposit Rules and some other rules are not respected

Expected Behavior

Roomify SHOULD NOT override user made changes.

Current Behavior

Roomify overrides rules behaviours.

Possible Solution

Cron made changes to rules configurations should be documented or there should be an option to turn rules overriding off.
