Chatbot without text to speech

It seems as though most of my problems installing this submod are from the text-to-speech feature, could you provide a tutorial/separate download for just the chatbot? I also worry my laptop wont be able to handle so much, and I generally leave the volume off anyway. Downloading only the chatbot would likely make installing this much easier and give access to other people who aren't particularly good at coding too.

You can use only the chatbot since the beginning, just don't check Yes for TTS related options

"check yes"? I'm not sure what you mean, where would I "check" yes or no? I haven't seen anything like that in the code. I suppose what I'm asking is, could you provide a more detailed tutorial, or one on how to install/set it up manually?
