This is one request that is behind a bounty. Unless people are willing to guarantee to offer at least $500 USD per year then there is no reason to bring this up. Fixing the problem, along with some others, requires being able to properly sign Windows drivers for public consumption. |

I understand that just re-enabling DS4 feedback is an easy way to get new tickets from people having infinite rumble issues, but there is no prevision for when the next update of vigembus will be released and keeping rumble off as a whole doesn't make much sense since there are games where the infinite rumble isn't a problem.
I, for one, have fully beat The Last Guardian and was playing Detroid:
the moviebecome human with 0 issues on PS remote play.Because Detroid requires the motion fix that was released on v3.0.16, I can't just continue using v3.0.10 for the lightbar passthru and rumble functions since some game parts require gyro and will soft-lock in any version before 3.0.16.
My request is:
Re-enable virtual DS4 feedback (may cause issues)
This option may cause infinite rumble or incorrect lightbar colors when using Virtual DS4 controllers
could be included under the option itself when it's enabled, just like theLightbar passtru
now has a warning message saying it has been disabledEnable Output Data to DS4
optionCurrent profile being used has Virtual DS4 Feedback enabled. User may suffer from infinite rumble or incorrect lightbar colors
I think this could be a good middle ground as we wait for the next vigemBus. By making it off by default and including a warning in the option itself then less people would be appearing here complaining about rumble.
