Do you just want to invert the Y axis on RS? DS4Windows is not really suited for more advanced mapping but it is possible. You would have to set 2 shift modifiers in order to make that work (one for RS Y+ and RS Y-). You can set the Shift Modifier activation button to L2 and use the opposite direction for the shift binding. Inverting both the X and Y axis would require setting 4 shift modifiers.

Something like this would be easier on my eternally beta test mapper. That mapper has Action Layer support that would allow setting different invert options for RS with just one setting change. L2 would be used to keep an Action Layer active while it is held.

At this rate, I have too much going on…
