Online classes open call structure #228
Comments
something i'm thinking about is anticpating a lot of people wanting to take these classes and realizing they aren't able to financially. It would be great to have a paragraph about alternative sources of funding for prospective students. The following is adapted from the code societies page, I think it could be worded better, with more attention towards the state of personal finances during this time in particular: We are completely self-funded, which dramatically limits our ability to offer scholarships. In the past some students have received support from cultural foundations, schools or current employers and we are happy to provide supporting materials as proof of acceptance. |

I had some confusion this spring between
so standardizing and being as specific as possible would be good. an alternative would be something like if URLs get long

I created two urls, a short one that is easy to use for social promotion and a specific one for archiving. Same content. The short one could be a redirect.
