part of a series of accessibility improvements//maintenance taeyoon asked me to work on, I'm going to sort through and make PR's for these where possible

Where there are multiple layers of content -- e.g. course retrospective pages, it can be hard to navigate. It might be good to add an auto generated sitemap to the footer of the site.
