Adding EIOS Integration to SORMAS

Situation Description & Motivation

The team from Nepal developed an integration of EIOS into SORMAS.
It allows for the information on a EIOS dashboard to de displayed inside SORMAS, screen the information and to directly create events out of relevant reports.

This EIOS integration is currently only available in the local fork of Nepal, but they agreed to push it to the main branch for this feature tro be included in the international version.
