You'll need to install the VC++ Redistributable as specified and linked in either the release notes or the readme here on GitHub. |

Thanks for your help. Seems that there my VC++ Redistributable didn't work correctly. I had reinstalled the VC++ Redistributable then this annoying bug was not happened again. |
