sphinx-rtd-theme has change styling of :kdb: items to look like a keycap. That is not appropriate for things like machine names; e.g. :kbd:'salish'.

Update NEMO-3.6 on graham section
cf1da00 
Replaces outdated section that tried to cover multiple Compute Canada
clusters. graham is now our primary cluster, and Compute Canada is now
the Digital Research Alliance of Canada.

Also fix many incorrect uses of the rST :kbd: role re: issue #20.
