https://stormsurgebc.ca/index.html has started to produce 404 errors. Presumably the site has gone away with the ending of Scott's funding. It appears that the domain registration will expire on 2024-06-06.

@SusanEAllen, we need to discuss how we are going to restructure the docs and website to handle this.
