Animated Media Thumbnails

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm quite annoyed at the fact that Animated Avatars on Matrix are possible, but no client actually displays animated thumbnails yet. As such you can only see animated avatars for instance when opening it in full.

Describe the solution you'd like
Supporting animated thumbnails as per MSC2705 would solve the issue.

Additional context
One important thing to implement is a toggle to disable auto-playing of animated thumbnails for accessibility. Essentially a toggle to revert this change if needed.
(Disabling animated thumbnails would effectively be "undoing" this proposal)

This is important in order to make the app more accessible for everyone.
