SPWebPartErrorCode.IncorrectBoostrapModule

All of the web parts in our on-premise SharePoint App Catalog are getting the below error when loading them on a page, with variations in the webpart name of course. They were all working with no issues, we did run updates on the server but are unsure if that is what broke them or not. I have read article after article and some say it is something in a custom master page, but what is wrong hasn't been listed in the articles and I haven't been able to find a solution, any help is greatly appreciated.
