War Magus:
Reduced SP requirement for most skills

Harbinger
Reduced TP costs for some skills
Miasma Armor only gains speed at max level, nerfed to 1.5x; Increased speed for some skills

Zodiac
Umbral Ice now recovers static TP on the attack itself (the TP% will still be lost if the skill ended the battle)

Pugilist
Slightly reduced SP requirement for some skills
