How to install Font Awesome Pro with Oxygen?

I have an .npmrc file which works localy, for Vercel I add an ENV var of NPM_RC with my licence key and that works... but with Oxygen... nothing works... I tried adding this env var to Github Actions Environment Variables but it doesn't seem to like that.

Any pointers would be great.

PS i'm using Hydrogen v1 with VIte (not Remix)
