Add option on QCode containing VCARD including solid ID

We currently have QRCode which has simply the URI of person's WebID. Phones know how to follow this link, So for example you can interact immediately -- like "this is me, those I my allergies and food preferences" and so on.

Phones also seem also know how to absorb a VCARD and put it into the user's contacts.
So you show the VCARD QRcode to someone you want to connect with, and they add it their contacts. Then when later they want to get back to you, they can find you in their contacts. Then they can click on the WebID and go to your solid profile any time.

Maybe if someone is logged in he "add me to your contacts" button should add you to their Solid Contacts, but if they are not logged in, it should make a VCARD QRCode.
