fallback strategy?

I setup homeassistant and dicio as my voice assistants. I also compiled ollama on termux using y'all's scripts. The result is a dicio-ollama cluster of various x86-64s and Androids controlled by an i686. I'm looking forward to the wakeword functionality. The assistant itself is a little weak, and I'd like for it to fallback to the ollama farm, and generally add hands free capability to the cluster.

Oh .. n.b., the modern phones have some sort of issue with running servers under termux. I read somewhere that vpns are necessary

Hello, I would also like to integrate with home assistant. I don't know the best method to integrate it. I know that the built-in assistant in ha can handle my smart home commands. Would it be better to just send smart home commands to that? What have you done?
I would love to have it as a skill, so that I can determine what gets sent to ha. I would love to hear any thoughts you have on integration of ha, and how to send smart home commands there.
