This happens if you use the "Fix common errors" option "Remove start dash in first line for non-dialogs" with a dash written as two consecutive hyphens:

Suggestion: Check that there is no second hyphen after the hyphen at the start of the line. Only if there is no second hyphen, remove the hyphen.
