If we add a few help articles on the courtformsonline.org site, we might get more organic search traffic. We can use the LIST taxonomy to tag the articles and then show related articles on the landing page for related forms.
This may or not be valuable, but I wanted to record the idea.
Pros:
It can drive some more traffic and add more in-context help for SRLs
We get to control the content of these help articles. masslegalhelp doesn't make it easy to see links to our forms, and mass.gov is very arbitrary about which forms it decides to link to
Cons:
It's going to risk duplicating things that are already covered on mass.gov and masslegalhelp.org
We can't possibly maintain a large library of these help pages
What might make it strongest if we re-focus our articles specifically on the litigant journey with one of our forms, rather than broadly at all legal problems someone is experiencing. Even some help pages about how to use the site that use relevant keywords might be useful.
