Help dev uninstall ALKiln from their server. For this purpose, it might be good to move our runtime configs and other files into an alkiln folder in /tmp instead of placing them right in /tmp.

Also, consider cleaning up extraneous runtime files after every runthrough of the tests. I believe they don't take long to re-make.
