Keep getting "failed" message #2

I've tried both mp4 and mov formats and I when I try to start the upscaling, I keep getting the message "Failed Error: This operation couldn’t be completed. (Waifu2x_Video.SRError error 9.)"

Error 9 means the software is unable to find a video track and an audio track within your input file. Can you run ffprobe on the file you're trying to upscale and post the outputs here?
