First, Dialogue messages I put here is translated by me.
Because my environment is Japanese.... sry.....

I downloaded latest Build (Version 1.0 Build 1)

I followed readme and unzipit and just tried to use it.
however, It says as "It may break your computer, thats a risk of Malware."

So I opened information window of the app and disabled Malware checking.
But it began to says as "You have no permissions to open it."

So I tried to change permission manually with chmod coomand with terminal.app and reopen it.
but it not works.

And I also tried with sudo to open it with terminal.
then, I got this log.

~ % sudo open /Applications/Waifu2x\ Video.app
Password:
The application cannot be opened for an unexpected reason, error=Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-10826 "kLSNoLaunchPermissionErr: User doesn't have permission to launch the app (managed networks)" UserInfo={_LSFunction=_LSLaunchWithRunningboard, _LSLine=2539, NSUnderlyingError=0x7f97bec04d40 {Error Domain=RBSRequestErrorDomain Code=5 "Launch failed." UserInfo={NSLocalizedFailureReason=Launch failed., NSUnderlyingError=0x7f97bee042b0 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=153 "Unknown error: 153" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Launchd job spawn failed with error: 153}}}}}

Could you fix this?
I wanna try your great app...(There is very few apps with waifu2x in mac so...)

Thank you for reading.

I am having the same issue. Is there a fix that I just haven't seen yet?

I was able to get the application running by following this tutorial. Basically, you will override malware protection and re-sign the binary to have permission again.

A valid codesign with notarization is required to bypass this warning.
