Ponch can welcome new members and encourage them to add a picture to their profile :)

There's some example code of how this may be achieved here: https://github.com/Surrey-Code-Camp/Lightning-Talks/tree/master/contributing-to-hubot. Anyone's welcome to pick it up, hack on it a bit, add some documentation and then submit as a PR.
