Technical: where and how to purchase products

Products (tickets) can already be handed over in the offer part: in customer.cards you can add them. The only thing that is missing in the TOMP-API, is an overview of products, without requesting a movement from A (to B) and to buy these products. We know that these products can be described clearly in NeTEx and some other standards.

First question: should we extend the TOMP, and publish this information? It might be very complex, with all the details about the conditions.

• Yes, create a new endpoint in the Operator Information module.
• No, rely on the other standards to publish this information.

Second question: how should we facilitate purchasing these products?

• Create a new endpoint
• Return them in the legs as a pricing option, but make it clear that they can be reused in other trip parts (legs). Nowadays the 'From' location is mandatory, which makes it impossible/hard to buy a specific product (like a weekly ticket). You don't know the 'from'
