Click events not triggering when inside a table inside a scrollview

I have a POC @ https://github.com/philroche/lpshipit/blob/features/rich-tui/lpmpmessage.py which has rows with data but one of the columns in the row is a panel which has a click event.

Outside of the table this works no problem but once inside the table the event is not triggered. Does anyone know why?

Bonus questions, is there a way to capture the click event and hover event on a table row?
