Make the follower queue more legible

As of now, the follower queue text is impossible to read. Originally this was built simply for commentators to be aware of new followers, but we should use custom HTML so viewers can see their names as well.

If/when I finish the ticker, I think this would be a great addition because it would keep all the information that we'd want to display to viewers in one spot. That might be a little while off, so something will need to be done in the meantime.
