Create a tool to enable layout creation at runtime?

I'm not sure how practical/possible this is, but it might be worth building a page that allows us to create new layouts/routes on the server and dynamically change the background and text positions. This will make it possible for non-technical users to make their own layouts really easily.

Definitely possible, but we need some database and user auth first. I've been kicking this around for a while.
