Block and Player clipping issues

In the first part of the first clip if you push a block away from one above you so it will fall and pull it back late enough you can end up inside of it.
In the second part of the first clip doing the same thing and undo it the block can end up in a weird position
In the second clip I got inside of a block and pulled and pushed the ones next to me and used undo a few times so blocks ended up in some weird places
In the third clip Pushing an ice block so it will fall and sliding an ice block under it to the edge will make them go inside of each other
