标题完全一样的课程文件只能保留一份 #27

部分课程会发布标题完全一样的文件（如部分实验课程中一次实验的文件包括ppt与实验计划书），但文件名称可能不同。

此时运行完脚本后只会保留一份（似乎是发布时间较晚的一份）

是的 一般而言大家只需要最新的一份资料就好了

但是离谱的是一些一些情况下这两个并非同一文件的不同版本，而是都需要的两个不同的文件
