Persisting API Response for further analysis

Is there a way configure gatus to persist the response as is for further analysis? We have endpoints returning diagnostic results that I would like to record and do parsing and analysis using a different tool. [Note, the response is in HTML format, and not simple to parse]

Looking at the table structure in the postgres db connected to my gatus instance, it looks like we would need support for adding custom tables for persistence
