Display the application version number on the Dashboard page

Just now, I wanted to find out which version was running. It does not seem to be printed in the docker logs either. Gatus might currently not even know about its version.

I had some problems to get a new feature running, just to learn the intended container version wasn't deployed.
It should really be available in UI and container logs.
