Frequent Usage Ban Risk

I've been using this project a lot more frequently recently. Not for archiving channels but rather to get updates for live events and AI summarization from the last 30 minutes to 24 hours for slow servers.
I'm wondering if I use this tool too much Discord will think I'm being malicious and/or violating TOS and ban my account. I've heard of people getting banned for using third party clients in the past. Here are examples of how I'm using DiscordChatExporter with other open source projects such as just:
