[Bug]: Airtime Purchase Not Credited

Description

Purchasing airtime from Safaricom is not credited when buying using the App.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Stax app
2. Click on the Buy airtime icon
3. Pay with M-PESA
4. Select Safaricom
5. Enter the contact phone number and Amount
6. Complete the Buy airtime process and input PIN.
7. Pay attention to the status on the buy airtime screen and SMS notification

Expected result

Airtime purchase is successful and the account is credited.

Actual result

Airtime purchase is successful but the amount is not credited.
