How can I update existing test run in a test plan?

During each sprint, I created a new test plan A and add a new test run B in the test plan. When I execute with the name of test run B in testrail.yaml, i got a new test run created at the test plan level in TestRail page. How can i update the test run B in test plan A instead of creating a new test run?
