Automatically attempt to match artists by name

Currently automatic matching is done by VocaDB ID only, when the artist has an entry on the wiki. Often the artist isn't on the wiki but they have an entry on VocaDB. In that case a match might be found searching by name.

• Exact match only
• If multiple artist entries match, ignore match (or select the first one?)
