Edit I just checked Realtyna script - how they do it, they have it similar way as you. You still need to change units for each property. I don't see a reason why if I set local settings (and it can't wary).

Thank you for the input. I know exactly why this is not loading properly and will have this (and some other defaults) fixed in the next update later today. Files to update in order to fix this will be ui/core.php (and ui/listing.php css/admin.css fixes a spacing issue).
