I just cloned this repo and tried running the code as per the instructions in Ubuntu. The code executed successfully, but the output exr file that is generated is very dark. It is not as per the outputs shown in the paper. Am I missing something here or have I setup the environment improperly?
I used the test images residing at https://github.com/Wanggcong/StyleLight/tree/main/assets/wild2.
I am quite new to the HDR domain and would really appreciate some help.

Thank you!

Hi, I have the same problem. Have you solved it?

Hi @will876, I use this tool to view HDR/EXR files. In this tool there is an option to normalize EV as show below. This made the exr files brighter. You can try this.

Thank you, I succeeded! I would also like to ask, the experimental result pictures and test experiment indicators in the paper were all tested through the pictures generated by this software? Thank you!

@will876, I am not sure if the results shown in the paper used this tool or not. I guess the author used some kind of tonemapping to visualize the results. I could not get tonemapping done myself, instead used this tool as I was interested only in qualitative analysis and not in quantitative analysis. Explore on tonemapping a bit you might get some lead.
