dev-docker's weblate container failing with "/app/venv/bin/weblate: not found"

I've merged origin/main into my development branch, run docker compose down --volumes and run ./rundev.sh.

cache and database containers come up successfully, but the third one, weblate, is failing. The logs:

Then the logs stuck in a loop.

That's strange, it all happens inside the container, which is supposed to be the same in all setups. But the weblate directory might contain something from the host system, and that probably causes the issues here.

I've tried to make the startup more robust in 7d64dd4, please let me know if that helps.

It looks like .python-version in the main project directory was interfering with the container startup.
