Perhaps, I'm misunderstanding your request, but it seems to me that the colors Wox is using are fully customisable (for years).

All within Wox settings, tab "Theme".

Sorry to make you misunderstood. I mean if the theme could switch according to the Dark Mode or Light Mode of the system.
