outbound 使用 cloudflare warp 报 proxy/socks: server rejects request: 1

常规的代理功能正常使用，一旦路由到 cloudflare warp 就被 server reject request，部分错误日志：

xray 和 nginx 都是运行在容器中，network_mode 都是 host，compose.yml 如下：
