Normal Maps aren't generating

Hi everyone,

This is an amazing project, and thank you for building this! I am running test.sh (convolutional model) on a one-image dataset. When I look at the merged visualization it produces, the depth map looks great, but the normal map has no features whatsoever. here is an example:

Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?

Side note: I am using the model found on huggingface.co. Not sure if this pertains to the issue.
