Brief Description of Changes

This is perhaps an unusual issue, but this paper is the only one in the Proceedings which hasn't been indexed by Scholar. After comparing this paper to others in the Anthology I realized the PDF of the article is 8.2MB, which far exceeds the others in the Proceedings (which are typically < 1MB). Also, according to Scholar's guidelines, PDFs exceeding 5MB will not be indexed:

We can index PDF articles as long as they're searchable and as long as their size doesn't exceed 5MB. For larger documents and for scanned images that require OCR, we recommend Google Book Search.

I've provided a compressed PDF version (now 356MB), but perhaps you may want to use your own preferred compression tools.

It might also be worth checking that all the metadata are entered correctly, as the single quotes in the title might also have something to do with it.
