Doesn't work throughout apps

Hi, I can't seem to get the changes to work inside the apps for the most part. They work in the settings app, and they work in the Messages app, but only when I am sharing something, like a photo. when I click on the message icon to open the app regularly, the changes are not there. Or other apps, like Safari, the changes are only on the search bar, but not on the web pages. Every other app it doesn't work at all. What can I do to fix it?

For the record, I'm using Serotonin and sileo.

I'll be straight to the point - the issue arises from Serotonin.

Serotonin is very unpredictable in terms of injection in Apps. Typically, Flora needs libSandy to be usable in apps, due to the preference bundle needing to be exposed in the sandbox. Somehow, apps were still injected even prior to libSandy being implemented in Flora only when using Serotonin. Therefore, I cannot provide support for Serotonin as it causes some issues that don't occur in any other jailbreak.
