Use Atoti spring-boot starters and test toolbox

Just come back from the R&D update.
In 6.1, SB starters will be available and the new test API as well.
Let's upgrade pivot-spring-boot!

Yes this is on my todo list.
We already gave some feedback on the security starters and they needed some work.
I will have to start having a deeper look at them.

The work has been "done". You can check the branch 6.1.0-rc.
Now we are still having some open tickets that needs to be solved before the release.
In any case, the code should not change so much now.
