We are not fully compatible w/ IE. That needs to be fixed.

It seems IE does not fully support CSS variables without a polyfill. Seeing as the stylesheet.css file also seems to declare a number of classes that could be handled via OOTB Bootstrap, have we considered relying on SASS customization with a pre-build step and an automation tool such as Gulp to generate customizable, variables free CSS?
