Short Term:

Replace https://github.com/rvagg/chai-as-promised.git, probably replace chai with jest
Get rid of eslint-config-airbnb-base to upgrade eslint to newest version
Move from ipfs-http-client to https://github.com/ipfs/helia through https://github.com/ipfs/helia/wiki/Migrating-from-js-IPFS

Long Term:

remove sequelize-hierarchy to upgrade sequelize to v6
