Call predicate without NPE.

assert PredicateX.safe(b -> true).test(null) == false;

assert PredicateX.safe(b -> false, true).test(null) == true;

assert PredicateX.safe(b -> false, () -> true).test(null) == true;

assert PredicateX.safeLie(b -> true).test(null) == false;

assert PredicateX.safeTruth(b -> false).test(null) == true;
